To qualify for an education loan with Capbees Services LLP, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Age: Must be at least 18 years old at the time of loan application and not more than 35 years old at loan maturity.
2. Residency: Must be an Indian resident.
3. Academic Qualification: Admission confirmation from a recognized institution for the chosen course.
4. Credit Score: Minimum CIBIL score of 650.
5. Income: Minimum income criteria applicable as per the course type and loan amount.
6. Identification: Valid government-issued ID (e.g., Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport).
7. Bank Account: Active savings or current account for fund transfer.
For Students:
1. Identity Proof (any one):
○ Aadhaar Card
○ PAN Card
○ Passport
○ Voter ID
○ Driving License
2. Address Proof (any one):
○ Aadhaar Card
○ Passport
○ Utility bills (electricity) not older than 3 months
○ Rent agreement
○ Voter ID
3. Income Proof:
○ Latest 3 months' salary slips
○ Latest 1 year' bank statements showing salary credits
○ Form 16
4. Employment Proof:
○ Employee ID card
○ Appointment letter and/or confirmation letter from current employer
5. Property Documents:
○ Agreement to sale
○ Title deed of the property
○ Property tax receipts
○ Encumbrance certificate
○ Approved building plan
6. Photographs:
○ Recent passport-sized photographs (usually 2)
